Trying to get hold of someone from our San Francisco office. All rather awkward, as it's 8 hours away, so I can only get in touch by email or by calling after 5pm, and it's taken 2 weeks to not really get anywhere.

Then I find him sitting 10 feet behind me, having just flown in...
