Met Office Outlook for Eastern England, Friday to Sunday:

"Largely dry with sunny intervals on Friday and Saturday, and just a few light showers around. Cloudy and breezy with rain on Sunday, perhaps some heavy bursts at times."

Speaking as someone who is to be camping in Suffolk on Friday and Saturday nights, I think I'm happy with that :-)

Does your subject heading mean that every other weather forecast you found was much worse than this, so you're sticking with the one tiny glimmer of brightness in the storm?

I want gloom from just before dawn, so I don't get woken up by bright sunlight. It can become sunny at around 9, but not too hot. I want nice blue skies for photography. Care to find me a weather forecast that will oblige?

No, it's that forecasts from the same source earlier in the week have been worse, so they can quite happily stop changing their minds now, thankyouplease :-)
