I once managed to run the colours of a handmade, hardanger work tablecloth. It was navy fabric with white stitches. Now it has pale lilac stitches, and looks nothing like as good.
Hmmn, they look pretty evenly coloured, not too blotchy - no problem ;-)
But really, how on earth did they come to be washed together?!? I once faintly tinged Skordh's smalls pink by the injudicious inclusion of a red unmentionable that I thought had faded enough to be safe, but I'd've thought your garments there would be a textbook case of "do not mix lights and darks" ;-P
