They've been redoing their postal system, so the main postal address is Bootle, I think. It always makes me think of the Flumps, and to be honest I think the Flumps might do a better job.
Quite often, Inspectors ask us to email a copy of a letter over to them so they can deal with it this month, rather than waiting for Pootle to send it over.
