Nice developments in IT

king_pellinorIt appears that the monitor is in warranty, and the maufacturer will give me a new one: free, gratis, for nothing, and with no questions asked :-D
So I can stick with my nice room-dominating, wife-unnerving, *properly proportioned* monitor for a while longer :-)
Although I was amused to fnd that "We'll come and pick it up tomorrow" turned into "Er, how about Friday?" when they found I wanted them to go *over the sea* ;-)
